Gianni Greghini

An indigenous Italian, from the Marche region (central east coast,) here is a micro introduction of the fascinating journey of Gianni Greghini.

Gianni’s passion in hospitality was recognised and well respected, he was gifted with an opportunity that we can only dream off.

Gianni Fine Dining Restaurant was born located in the heart of Brisbane city, which was established 22 years ago.

As time went by and the style of dining evolved, it was time for a change.

Gianni Events was established 13 years ago working with Don Alfonso [2 x Michelin star Chef] with 2 hats for his restaurant.

In Gianni’s own words “Queensland has been my home for more than 20 years,

I have met so many beautiful people who tell me what they love and miss about Italy the most. I than decided to create Gusto da Gianni, to bring some of that charm and their memories back home for them”.

Mixing superb food & wine with the timeless traditions of family and a desire to celebrate, “Gusto’s’’ with all the ambience expected of a traditional family Italian bistro.

Gianni also expanded his culinary with Belvedere Bar and Grill, Gianni’s Kitchen and Florentine Italian Grill. Florentine Italian Grill was the first and only restaurant in Queensland to serve “Chianina” serving Bistecca Alla Fiorentina
